My neighbour in the condo appears to have gotten creative.
They have posted this on their front door for the holidays. A neat idea but hard to store I suspect. I tried to read the pages to see if it was a ChrIstmas book but surmised it was likely the book on the shelf that was already falling apart.
Well that is a nice treat!
The 2014 Richters Herb and Vegetable Catalogue has arrived. That means the next few days I will be dreaming of next year’s herbs and what I can plant in my new garden at the schoolhouse that can thrive while tolerating my general absence.
Garlic will be my challenge for next fall but what will I plant this spring? I’ll be flipping through the books in the next few days trying to get some inspiration. I’ve been generally uninspiring to do much these last few weeks so hopefully this will kickstart my brain.
Here is an interesting infographic.
While it covers the people part of attraction I think it also captures some interesting information about colour and design. Enjoy!
We have installed our tiny Christmas tree here at the condo.
It is a dwarf Alberta spruce in a pot which we will hopefully tend when the holidays are over and then plant in the spring.
In the meantime it just fits nicely in our little living room.
